Additional facilities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for teleworking, a TV, air conditioning, heating, and a washing machine. A cot and high chair are also available on request. The holiday home offers several outdoor areas, including a terrace with a garden and a terrace with a swimming pool. There is also a barbecue and an outdoor shower. This property consists of two independent indoor areas, allowing 2 groups of up to 6 people to enjoy their own privacy. The outdoor areas can be shared, making this property perfect for families. The property is located within walking distance of public transport links and the Playa de Palmanova and Platja de Son Maties beaches. It is situated in a quiet residential area. Families with children are welcome. Please keep noise to a minimum from 11pm to 7am. Groups of guests under 25 years of age are not allowed. Vehicles are not allowed inside the property. Free parking is available on the street. No stag or hen parties, events, or parties are allowed. Only guests registered in the booking are permitted to stay. Maximum capacity is 12 people. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
